From Altea to Spain

Vicente's dream was to have a place where he could express his love for local cuisine and local produce, giving rise to El Cantó del Palasiet. Since 2010 he has dedicated his life to both elevating local gastronomy and taking the essence of Altea beyond its borders, participating in various gastronomic days in Cantabria and Segovia, as well as in promotions at FITUR. Its philosophy focuses on promoting zero kilometre products and local cuisine, making El Cantó del Palasiet an emblem of authenticity and quality. El Cantó del Palasiet has been the setting where each dish is a gastronomic journey that celebrates the most authentic flavours of the sea and the land.
